Just this tiny snippet builds even more hype around the live action Disney remake. The singing sounds good and the aesthetic is beautiful. This might just be the best Disney live action remake we have seen so far! |
| | I don't know what the hell I just watched, but I sure as hell liked it. My bar is set really low for the storyline of this film, but also really high for the enjoyability. It probably won't be Oscar-worthy, but it gave me that same sort of feeling after I watched Kingsman: The Secret Service (a film that was Oscar-worthy). To make things even better, Guy Ritchie directed this film. Surely it will have the action sequences that I crave at least one time a year. |
| | As a true narrative, this film will bring light to a part of the world that is often unseen. Angelina Jolie's direction will be interesting because of the close connection that she has with Cambodia. Her son, Maddox, also took part in the creation of the film. This will surely be a unique take on a film that discusses social issues in foreign nations. |
